Chelsea Jade Stewart (Sagers)

Chelsea Sagers is 2018 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts in Milwaukee, WI with a Bachelor of Studio Arts with a concentration in painting and drawing. Prior to her education at UWM, she obtained a Certificate of Event Coordination and an Associates of Arts from Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, CO in 2013. Equipping her artistic skills for the 21st century, Chelsea is currently pursuing an Associates of Applied Science in Interior Design at Dakota County Technical College in Rosemont, MN.

From a young age Chelsea displayed an aptitude for the arts. Her first job was at her family’s small business, Sagers Custom Woodworking, instilling a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and aesthetics. Chelsea works in a wide range of mediums, but tends to gravitate towards painting, especially large scale. She has also worked with ceramics, woodworking, jewelry making, printmaking, collage, fibers, and sculpture. 

After moving around a bit, Chelsea, along with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Winston have decided to put down roots in Minneapolis, MN.
